Covid-19 House Office Procedures

Fall 2020 will be a semester unlike any seen before at Penn. With the recent coronavirus pandemic, our House Office is implementing strict health and safety procedures to protect residents, faculty, and staff.  Please read through our House Office Procedures before visiting.

House Office Hours (Fall 2020):
     Monday - Friday | 9am – 5pm
     Saturday | Closed
     Sunday | Closed

Walk-Ins and Appointments

While the Rodin House Office is open, the door will always remain closed and locked.

Walk-ins and appointments maybe schedule using the following link https://rodinhouseoffice2020.youcanbook.me or by calling the Rodin House Office.

When making an appointment, students can indicate if they would prefer a virtual or in-person meeting. If a virtual meeting is requested, we will email you a link for a meeting with a Rodin College House representative. In person meetings must follow the health and safety guidelines outlined below.

Health and Safety Guidelines within the Office:

Visitors and occupants of the Rodin House Office must always wear a mask or facial covering as well as maintain 6ft between each other.

Rodin is not encouraging gatherings in the house office, and we ask that you please try to avoid congesting the space right outside the door.

We will be properly cleaning and sanitizing surfaces upon arriving at the office and leaving, in between uses, and when otherwise appropriate.

There will be no eating or sharing of food in the office.

Rodin Resource Room

We are not planning on opening the Rodin Resource Room next semester. However, residents will be able to borrow select items from the Rodin House Office. Everything borrowed must be wiped down when handed out and returned. Please see here for more information about our Rodin Resource Room procedures in Fall 2020.
