Sarah Crake (RYT 200, she/her) has been a student of yoga since 2015. Although she has studied several yoga lineages, she found home in Ashtanga yoga in 2019. Her classes tend to follow a pattern based on the foundations of Ashtanga, which encourages use of the Tristhana method (breath, pose, focal point), in effort to let the practice become a moving meditation. She brings humor and lightness into a practice that can sometimes be challenging in unexpected ways. Sarah is a graduate of Yoga Child (90hrs, 2018) and Three Queens Yoga (200hrs, 2022). She lives in sunny West Philadelphia with her two house bunnies.
